To help ensure that software users are presented with appropriate choices at certain decision points within the instructional workflow, you can build special balloons that present questions to which users can respond or a menu of options to allow them to select their desired path. Each link is associated with a particular path, which can consist of additional or alternative steps or links to other SHO scripts. The flexibility afforded by this advanced structure lets you design compelling content that effectively interviews someone through a complex software workflow or procedure, while ensuring that the task is completed efficiently and with workflow integrity.
