SHO Guide lets you quickly capture software workflows simply by recording them as if you, as the procedural expert, were using the software to perform the task. After recording, step-by-step instructions in the form of annotated point balloons are automatically generated. A variety of click options that you can employ during the recording process let you control the types of balloons that the system generates, the type of interaction a user can perform with a particular interface component and the manner in which the balloon points at the interface component. A recording window appears to give you instantaneous feedback on what the recorder is capturing as you perform the procedure.
