Transcensus Signs Strategic Alliance Agreement with Synel Industries, Ltd.

Salt Lake City, Utah, June 9, 2008 — Transcensus, LLC and Synel Industries, Ltd., announced today that they have signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement.  This agreement enables Synel to offer its clients and partners enhanced deployment capabilities with the SHO (Scripted Human Operator) Technology by Transcensus.

SHO Guide is a performance support authoring solution that lets users capture important software procedures and workflows in the form of interactive instructions that guide software users inside the real software application, instead of a separate browser, simulation or help window.   Once users enable SHO Guide’s recording feature, they simply complete the desired procedure inside the software application and SHO Guide automatically builds fully interactive, step-by-step instructions in multiple languages simultaneously.

“We desired to put the "human interface" into software and provide moment of need performance support for the workforce management industry (WFM).  With Synel’s impressive list of customers and partners as well as a proven track record, we are confident we’ve chosen a solid partner to help us do just that,” said Daniel Higbee, Vice President of Business Development at Transcensus.

Synel is a world leader in the development and production of data collection systems and solutions for workforce management, time and attendance, access control and job costing applications.  Synel's portfolio provides complete hardware and software solutions for any size and type of organization. The wide range of solutions offered implement advanced biometric fingerprint technologies and wireless communication.

“From our years of global enterprise workforce management implementation experience, we’ve learned that the paramount factor to the overall success of labor management initiatives is the speed and rate at which end users adopt the operational processes and tasks inherent with the new solution, says Lyle A. Booth, Vice President Sales, Synel North America.

Mr. Booth went on to note, “Transcensus has developed a comprehensive and effective knowledge transfer methodology with the objective of dramatically enhancing the client’s self-sufficiency in deploying and maintaining their WFM solution in production, resulting in strong user adoption rates. The SHO Guide™ product is proven to accelerate learning and bolster proficiency, and is critical to nurturing end user adoption while ensuring employee acceptance, satisfaction and performance.  This technology will transform the way this industry implements change management!”
