Orem, Utah, June 7, 2009 - Transcensus, makers of SHO Guide, announced it has earned Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program, which recognizes Transcensus' expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Certified Partner, Transcensus has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customer needs. Microsoft Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Transcensus developed SHO GuideĀ®, a real-time on-line guided help solution to solve usability issues and new user training. SHO Guide creates interactive learning scripts that deliver step-by-step guidance directly on the application to assist the user in performing tasks more efficiently with a corresponding reduction in errors. Transcensus also has skilled Learning Specialists to create integrated Performance Support solutions. SHO Guide is optimized to work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to significantly improve usability and productivity for users.

"Only companies that have demonstrated high levels of customer service, proved their experience and attained advanced certification receive the designation of Microsoft Certified Partner," said Allison Watson, corporate vice president of Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. "Today, Microsoft recognizes Transcensus for its skills and expertise in providing customer satisfaction with Microsoft products and technology."

As one of the requirements for earning Certified Partner status, Transcensus has declared a Microsoft Competency. Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner's capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.

The ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the skill and focus partners bring to a particular solution set. Microsoft Certified Partners that have obtained this competency have a successful record of developing and marketing software based on Microsoft technologies.

We are extremely pleased to have earned Microsoft Certified Partner status. We'll be able to enhance our offerings with the benefits provided. We solve the software usability problem," said Dan Peay, vice president of customer and partner experience. "I can launch SHO Guide, capture doing the task correctly, like creating a marketing campaign in Dynamics CRM, and then publish the resulting script so that anyone in the company can create their own campaign. It's like I'm right there, showing them where to click and guiding them through the process."
