SHO® Guide is the ultimate training, help, and performance solution for complex applications like Microsoft Dynamics® CRM.

Orem, UT December 4, 2009 - Transcensus, LLP has been awarded a US Patent on its award winning SHO® (Scripted Human Operator) platform. Similar patent applications have been filed in key international territories. “This technology will revolutionize how people learn to use new software and become more adept at using complex software applications already at their fingertips,” says Russ Gubler, CEO of Transcensus.

The SHO® technology takes software instruction beyond simulation to true business process emulation. The instructional content guides the user through interactions and workflows within the actual software application, instead of simulating that interaction in a separate window. In other words, the user learns by doing real work inside the real software application using instructional and assistance material that is completely integrated into the application workflow. “It’s like having a GPS system or a roadmap to guide you through completion of a specific workflow,” says David Adkins, COO of Transcensus.

"SHO® technology is the ultimate training, help, and performance solution for complex applications like Microsoft Dynamics® CRM. SHO Guide® is the authoring tool that a subject matter expert uses to create scripts that are later published and played back by a user that needs instruction on how to complete a specific task. In the Dynamics CRM arena, SHO® scripts drive productivity and improvement, allowing sales and marketing professionals to spend more time with their clients and less time wrestling with the CRM software. SHO® scripts may be maintained and delivered from a central server or may be disseminated for use locally."
