Transcensus has assembled a leading management team comprised of learning, software development, administration sales, marketing, financial and legal professionals. They share a common vision of the future and potential of performance support technology and are passionate about bringing positive change to the way the world develops, learns and uses software.

Russ Gubler, CPA-CEO

Mr. Gubler brings a wealth of financial, operational and managerial experience to Transcensus. Prior to joining Transcensus as CEO, he was the founder and CEO of Genuine Games, Inc. Founded in 2002, Genuine Games developed interactive software products for a variety of game hardware platforms and operating systems. The Company was responsible for development of the hit title “50 Cent:Bulletproof” that was released for the Playstation 2 and Xbox game console systems and was one of the bestselling titles of the 2005 holiday season, generating more than $80M in revenue for the publisher, Vivendi Universal Games. The company’s proprietary game engine technology and toolsets lead the industry in throughput performance and ease of asset creation and integration.

Before founding Genuine Games, Mr. Gubler was Sr. VP and Chief Operating Officer of Activision’s Worldwide Studios. Activision (www.Activision.com) is a leading publisher of interactive software products for the PC and game console systems. Products developed and published by the worldwide studio during his tenure included, Tony Hawk 3   4, Spiderman, Minority Report, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and True Crime : Streets of LA among others.

Prior to joining Activision, Mr. Gubler held several positions with Electronic Arts, the largest worldwide publisher of interactive games. He was Chief Operating Officer of EA Tiburon in Orlando, FL. Before serving at Tiburon, he was Chief Financial Officer for EA Redwood Shores, an EA development studio based in Redwood City, CA.

Before venturing into interactive game development, he held positions with Morgan Creek Productions and its related record label, Morgan Creek Music Group. During his tenure, the movie production company released titles such as Major League II, Freejack, Young Guns II, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, True Romance, The Last of the Mohicans, Ace Ventura; When Nature Calls,; Pacific Heights and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves among others. Morgan Creek Music Group was also responsible for the Bryan Adams single and 1991 Billboard record of the year, Everything I Do, I Do For You, from the movie Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.

Mr. Gubler also served as VP/Controller of the Samuel Goldwyn Company, a Los Angeles based theatrical and TV production company. During his tenure, Goldwyn released the theatrical films Mystic Pizza, Sid   Nancy, A Prayer for the Dying, Hollywood Shuffle, Wild at Heart, Stella and Lonely Hearts, among others, produced and distributed the TV series American Gladiators and sold syndicated TV rights to the classic Goldwyn library including titles such as Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific and Oklahoma.

Mr. Gubler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He worked at Price Waterhouse for 4 years and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Peay - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Learning industry leaders introduced Dan Peay to Transcensus and upon witnessing the unique and innovative solution of the SHO technology, Mr. Peay was immediately convinced that the Transcensus SHO platform solution promises tremendous business value by bridging the gap in helping individuals learn how to use software while performing their job tasks with unprecedented efficiency.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Peay has helped hundreds of organizations gain strategic business advantage with software solutions. He is responsible to provide leadership and coordination of sales and marketing functions while meeting and exceeding the needs of each Transcensus client.

Prior to joining Transcensus, Mr. Peay was North America Regional Sales Manager for Microsoft Learning. Developing a custom and partner-driven market and sales channel resulted in wide adoption of certification, e-learning and instructor-led-training solutions. Mr. Peay helped establish Microsoft Sales Academy facilitating and training over 7,500 new-hires in adopting a universal sales methodology. Mr. Peay joined Microsoft in 1989 as a Systems Engineer and advanced to sales management to open two new branch offices in Texas and Utah before moving to Washington to pursue his passion in training and development and applied learning solutions.

Mr. Peay began his technology career in software development with EDS and later as Systems Engineer and Partner of a Novell systems integration solution provider in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Peay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Education from Utah State University.

Don Gubler, CPA - Vice President of Finance

Donald Gubler is a Certified Public Accountant who started his career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick, Los Angeles. He worked in the audit department and was responsible for conducting financial and operational audits on a variety of large and medium sized private and public companies. Client base and industry experience included manufacturing, aerospace/defense, hi-tech manufacturing, property management, and commercial finance.

In 1990, Mr. Gubler entered the private sector as the Manager of Financial Reporting for Windshields America, Inc. in Van Nuys, California, a nationwide auto-glass retailer wholly owned by an internationally based parent. Later, he worked as Controller for Hamilton Stores, Inc. and Ventures West, Inc, the two companies that own and operate all retail concessions and several other commercial business ventures in Yellowstone National Park.

Prior to joining Transcensus, Mr. Gubler worked for NACT Telecommunications, Inc. in Provo, Utah. He joined the company as Controller, and in late 1999, assumed all accounting and financial reporting responsibilities for NACT as Vice President of Finance   CFO. While at NACT, his contributions were central to two successful acquisitions. He directed the financial affairs of NACT while the company waded through unprecedented industry turmoil introduced by events related to the telecom and technology/dot com crashes. His efforts as CFO were critical to the company's successful emergence from this struggle.

Mr. Gubler earned his Bachelors Degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge in 1985.

Mark Adkins, Vice President of Product Development

Mark Adkins is one of the founders of Transcensus and played a key role in pioneering the SHO technology and developing the company's product strategy.

Mr. Adkins has 13 years of experience developing learning products and technologies. He has authored or coauthored dozens of courseware titles for the AEC industry that are used by hundreds of architectural and engineering firms, state departments of transportation and various other government agencies. Mr. Adkins is an expert course developer and training implementation specialist. He is also a highly skilled developer of interactive learning solutions and has managed teams of content authors, animators and programmers to develop industry-leading learning products for the engineering software market. He is also an experienced instructor, having trained thousands of software users and administrators at hundreds of architectural and engineering firms and government agencies.

Prior to founding Transcensus, he was a Director and Vice President of Product Development at Professional Software Solutions, Inc. (d.b.a. ProSoft). His unique vision was instrumental in the development of ProSoft's market-leading products and services. In his role as Vice President, he defined the company's product development philosophy and priorities and directed the development teams. He managed and participated in the design and creation of the company's learning product suite and innovative computer-aided design standards management software solutions.

Mr. Adkins holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
