The Transcensus SHO platform is an extraordinary innovation in performance support that embeds instruction and user assistance directly into the workflow. SHO Guide creates interactive, step-by-step performance support resources that can be integrated into any software application to assist software users with completion of specific workflows and procedures. Performance support resources are delivered in the form of easy-to-follow, step-by-step presentations that walk the user through real workflows inside the real software application.
SHO Player is a free, light weight and unobtrusive playback interface that is installed on a system to enable playback of SHO scripts. Built-in verification features capture and track your mouse clicks, keystrokes and other forms of user input while providing feedback to keep the software user on track during execution of a SHO script.
